Adobe IllustratorAfter a couple of weeks of running the poll for next video tutorial, it looks like everyone wants to see Adobe Illustrator lessons. I hadn't realized that this would be such a hot topic.

So, with that in mind, I will be posting a new tutorials soon for Adobe Illustrator which happens to be one of my favorite programs. I used it a lot in various projects from advertisements, brochures, business cards, logos, stationary, web design and often as a tool for PDF deconstruction.

Thinking about covering the pen tool in the first lesson. It seems to be the most difficult tool to master for some and I have a few pointers that will have you creating paths with ease and speed.

Free High-Res Rusty Grunge Photo Texture E-mail

Just thought I would offer up another freebie from my photo library. I tend to shoot a lot of textures when on photo walks because they are easy to find and can be useful for many things.

This image was spotted on a 3 foot retaining wall around a factory. A rusting fence on top created the nice rust streaks. Might be nice for compositing or for a background image.

Visit the downloads section to get the high resolution photo or click 'read more...' for the direct link.
