Sabio DM4If you don't learn the lesson of backing up your media from articles posted all over the internet, you will most likely learn once you experience hard drive failure yourself. That would be the hard and costly way to learn.

I learned this valuable lesson myself back in 2008 and sadly, I learned the hard way. I had been storing all my media on my main computer's hard drive including music, photos, movies and documents when suddenly the drive failed to spin when booting the computer.

Just a couple of weeks ago, I was asked by a friend associated with Camp Twin Lakes if I could help them out with an event they had coming up. It was Camp Twin Lakes 20th Reunion and Anniversary event. They told me that just like the logo I had done for them previously, they couldn't afford to pay but they were having dinner and said I would be welcomed to join them for a free meal.

I didn't have anything planned that weekend so I told them I would be happy to help out again. If you didn't catch me post previously about Camp Twin Lakes, they are a non-profit organization setup to cater to special needs children. It is a really nice thing they have going. Being a bachlor, I am always happy to sit down to a free meal so I volunteered.

Camp Twin LakesI don't normally like to work for free but when it is for good cause, I've been known to make exceptions. I made that exception for Camp Twin Lakes recently. They are a nonprofit organization that caters to special needs children near the Atlanta area.

It was earlier this year, I had met many new people while attending some Meetup hikes. After becoming acquainted with a couple of the hikers really well over a handful of hikes, I learned one of them was a chef for Camp Twin Lakes.
